After about a month of starting rollout , upgrade to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (N7100) officially arrives in Italy . The update is already available through the official channels, namely OTA and Kies , but may still not be notified of your Galaxy Note 2, since the issue is having place gradually.
